El chef Martino Beria nos ofrece esta receta realmente vers\u00e1til y muy sencilla.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g de col rizada (morada o verde)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para el ali\u00f1o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>120 g de anacardos sin tostar ni salar<br \/>\n120 g de agua<br \/>\nel zumo de 1 lim\u00f3n<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de comino en polvo<br \/>\n1 cucharada de levadura en polvo<br \/>\nuna ralladura de ajo granulado<br \/>\n1\u20442 cucharadita de pimienta negra en polvo<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de sal fina integral<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lavado y limpieza<\/strong> Triturar bien la col rizada, retirando los tallos de las hojas y dividi\u00e9ndola en trozos de unos 4 cm. Mezclar todos los ingredientes del ali\u00f1o en el vaso de una batidora y\u00a0 <strong>mezclarlos<\/strong> hasta obtener una crema sabrosa y no demasiado espesa.
