Chef Martino Beria gives us this really versatile and very simple recipe!<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g kale (purple or green)<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>120 g unroasted, unsalted cashews<br \/>\n120 g water<br \/>\nthe juice of 1 lemon<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cumin powder<br \/>\n1 tablespoon baking powder<br \/>\na grating of granulated garlic<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon black pepper powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon integral fine salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Washed and cleaned<\/strong> Thoroughly shred the kale, removing the leaf stalks and dividing the leaf into approximately 4 cm pieces. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in the glass of a blender and\u00a0 <strong>blend them<\/strong> until you obtain a tasty cream that is not too thick.
