AÂ all-time classicthe dried apple. Easy to make, but not to store... because they run out quickly! But let's go through the basic steps for drying this wonderful fruit and keeping all its properties intact by drying.
Ingredients
Apples galore
Lemon
A cinnamon stick (optional)
Procedure
Slice apples 4 mm thick, if they are organic you can also leave them with their peel, which is rich in vitamins. To prevent them from turning black, you can also soak them in lemon and water. Then dry the slices and place them in the baskets of the drier.
Programme
The P2 will do, until completely dry.
When they have cooled, place them in an airtight glass or tin jar and to give them a nice aroma you can place a cinnamon stick inside.
