Cut resistant glove - size S

Description

A fine, yet highly resistant glove that will allow you to slice fruit, vegetables or even meat or other foods safely, thanks to its very high resistance to cutting. In contrast to all-metal gloves, this model is made of fabric with metal filaments, and allows greater sensitivity while ensuring high safety when handling blades of any kind. It also has good abrasion and puncture resistance. Available in three different sizes, and compliant with European food contact regulations.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Shear resistance: Class 5 (maximum 5) according to EN 388
• Tear resistance: Class 4 (maximum 4) according to EN 388
• Abrasion resistance: Class 3 (maximum 4) according to EN 388
• Complies with EN ISO 13997 (shear resistance caused by sharp edges) resulting in 48.5 N (Newtons)
• Conforms to the requirements of Regulation EC No. 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
• Ambidextrous
• Washable at 90°C
