IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION 

It is with great regret that we have to inform you that the Vita in campagna fair is suspended, given the current orders issued by the Ministry of Health in light of the COVID-19 emergency, the prevention measures in place in various regions and the resulting organisational impediments. We will inform you as soon as possible of any new dates for the exhibition, as the situation develops.

We will be there again this year, at the unmissable fair event of Life in the countrysidecelebrating 10 years of love for nature and all nature-related activities! 
You will always find us at hall 5, Aisle B, stand 3 but this year there will be many surprises!

There will be no shortage of valuable courses Tauro on dryingenriched by the presence of the Chef Dalicandro. You will be able to attend courses at the stand (at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 4.30 p.m.) or the one in the hall course room at 4.30 p.m. 

Then there will be two very important meeting occasions with drying enthusiasts:

Professional drying conference

Friday 27 March, meeting at 3.30 p.m. for a conference entitled 'The craft of drying: regulations, techniques and strategies for creating value - from workshop to sale'. The meeting is organised by Tauro, with the presence of partners experts in safety in the workplace, marketing for business and consulting for a professional kitchen. Saturday 28 March, meeting at 4 p.m. at the Tauro stand for a new meeting between the People Who Dry (by invitation, writing to comunicazione@tauroessiccatori.com). Like every year, this is a great opportunity to catch up, tell each other the latest news and findings on drying and how it continues to improve our lives! Plus, a nice giveaway for everyone who registers for the meeting.
