The drying courses of Tauro! To open the season a drying course in the special setting of the Locanda Solagna, in Vas in the province of Belluno. On 20/9 from 19.30, Tauro, together with the Locanda staff, will take you on a aperitif thematic in stages through the must-haves of the drying process to continue with a dinner based on dried dishes from the Veneto region!
During theaperitif (from 19.30) we will let you taste dried strawberries and Prosecco, chips pumpkin, courgette and ginger and dried vegetable sheetstelling you how they can be prepared at home with a Biosec. At 8.30 p.m. the dinnerwith hors d'oeuvres, first course, main course, dessert and wines from Cantina Biasiotto, all using dried products to surprise the palate and enhance the combination of flavours.
The cost of the dinner is 38€, wines included.
