The 29 June CAST Food, the prestigious culinary school of the taste trades, will host the new Tauro drying course aimed at anyone interested in learning about and exploring the benefits of drying processes for food products, especially vegetables.
From 8 to 10 p.m., in two intensive training hoursyou can learn the bases of this millennial conservation technique and start grasping all the secrets more useful to make the most of it!
