The persimmon is really one of the products that perform best when dried. Try it to believe. When your tree starts producing them or when you see them on display at the greengrocer's, remember this recipe 🙂 .
Ingredients
 10 very ripe persimmons
 dried fruit to taste
 baking paper
Procedure
Clean the persimmons by removing the large seeds inside and create a mush as homogenous as possible (by blending or crushing them). Add some chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts...) and spread the mixture on the covered racks of the dryer without exceeding 5 and 6 mm.
Programme
 P2 until completely dry
Cut the resulting persimmon and dried fruit loaf into rectangular bars and wrap them in aluminium or food grade plastic.
