For example, you can drying integral salt before grinding it, as it is sometimes too wet by nature. Or you can make yoghurt without a yoghurt maker (yes, but for this recipe, check out our blog for all the details). And yet you can chilling cold food (butter to be used at room temperature in cakes) or tening hot serving dishes (grilled vegetables, crêpes...). The only caveat: the technique works for a few minutes (say up to half an hour), beyond this time you risk drying out the food.
