Homemade muesli: the healthiest breakfast!

The breakfast classicloved by young and old alike, and if self-produced is even tastier and above all customisable with your favourite ingredients.

We give you a hint, then you can indulge as you wish:

Ingredients
40 g three-grain flakes (barley, rice, whole wheat)
100 g organic oat flakes
20 g organic puffed rice
20 g organic honey puffed kamut
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 golden apple
2 bananas
4 slices of fresh pineapple

Procedure
Cut the sliced bananas, peeled apple and pineapple into cubes and distribute the fruit in the baskets of the dryer.

Programme
Setting the programme P1 for 24 h.


When all the fruit is completely dried, mix all the ingredients and store in a lidded container away from light.
