On 27 and 28 August two unmissable showcooking events at the Cocoa and Chocolate Cluster
Tauro is proud and honoured technical partner of CNA Events in the great international adventure of Expo Milano 2015.
The project, scheduled at the Cocoa and Chocolate Cluster for the duration of the event, was born from the creativity of theAcademy of Italian Master Chocolatiers and the chef and creative Mirco Della Vecchiaaward-winning maître chocolatier from Belluno.
They are part of a pool of prestigious Italian sponsors, including the names of Perugina, Pernigotti and Smegthe faces of our team
will keep you company from the mega screens in the pavilion to tell you about the company, our philosophy and our values.
Thursday 27 August at 12 noon and Friday 28 August at 6 p.m. in particular, Tauro will be the protagonist of two moments entirely dedicated to drying: a showcooking in all sweetness to discover the secrets of this age-old technique and tasting chocolate delights created by the skilful hands of the chef Mirco Della Vecchia.
